Drawing its name from the age-old practice of shaping and engraving gemstones, Lapidaries invites us to consider not just the physicality of the materials, but the very essence of time, erosion, and the crystallization of beauty through process. The lavender-hued base, soft yet luminous, suggests a sacred tablet, a relic infused with hidden knowledge. Silvestri’s signature use of golden accents and iridescent pigments breathes movement into the piece, mimicking veins of precious minerals forming within the earth over millennia.
