Created within the artist’s expanding RAZ/AI (Radical AI Intelligence) sculptural canon, the work dismantles and reconstructs one of civilization’s most enduring sacred archetypes: the crucifixion itself.

Far removed from traditional iconography, Silvestri transforms sacrifice into a living anthropomorphic relic — fractured, deconstructed, and reanimated through ritual materiality and morphic intelligence. Suspended between collapse and transcendence, the sculpture asks profound contemporary questions: What is suffering in the age of artificial consciousness? What remains sacred within systems of rupture, technology, surveillance, and spiritual fragmentation? And what forms of resurrection may emerge from devastation?

Crowned by a radiant gold leaf rose — an emblem of sacrifice, beauty, resurrection, and divine paradox — gestures of blood-red rupture punctuate the central form, invoking both martyrdom and rebirth. Encased within a custom curio-coffin frame conceived by the artist, the sculpture exists as relic, warning, prayer, and future archaeology all at once.
